Terms of service.

1. The service

Memoria Digital designs, builds and (optionally) hosts websites for businesses. We first prepare a free concept preview. If you approve it and pay, we refine it with you, then deliver and host it.

2. Concept previews

Previews are free, unsolicited design ideas created from public information. They are not affiliated with or endorsed by the business shown, may use placeholder content, and may be removed at any time or on request. No contract exists until you approve a preview and pay.

3. Fees & payment

Fees are agreed in writing before you pay and collected through a Stripe payment link. Each package has a one-time build fee and an optional monthly hosting and care plan: Launch $390 one-time + $49/month; Growth $890 one-time + $79/month; Premium $1,790 one-time + $149/month (USD). Hosting and care: from $49 / month: managed hosting, SSL and small edits. Hosting on our Cloudflare account is included in year one of every package; after year one it continues through the monthly care plan.

Prices are shown in USD and exclude Goods and Services Tax (GST) or any similar tax, which is added where it applies and shown before you pay. Nothing on this site is a statement that WorldAI Pte Ltd is or is not registered for GST. Payment processor fees and bank charges on your side are yours to bear.

4. Revisions & timelines

After you approve your preview we refine it with you. The number of revision rounds depends on your package: Launch 2, Growth 5, Premium 7. Extra changes beyond the included rounds are quoted before we do them. Timelines are estimates and depend on you providing content promptly. About 7 working days from approval, once we have your photos and wording. Your free preview usually takes 2 working days from your request.

5. Our guarantee & refunds

• See it before you pay. Every client sees the finished preview before paying anything.
• Revision rounds. The revision rounds included in your package (Launch 2, Growth 5, Premium 7) are part of the one-time fee (see section 4).
• If we have not delivered the agreed scope. If, after all the revision rounds included in your package (see section 4), we have not delivered the scope we agreed in writing, you can ask for a refund of the one-time fee within 7 days of final delivery. “Final delivery” means the finished site we present to you after your last included revision round. We will have had the chance to fix issues through those rounds first, so a refund cannot be requested while revision rounds are still available.
• After publication or handover. Once the site is published or the files are handed over to you, the one-time fee is non-refundable.
• Change of mind. Changing your mind, or deciding you no longer need the site, is not grounds for a refund.
• Care plans. Monthly care plans can be cancelled at any time. We do not refund the month that has already been paid.

Nothing in this section limits any right you have under law that cannot be excluded.

6. Ownership & licences

You own your content (your text, images, logos and business information) at all times. On full payment of the one-time fee you also own the website we deliver to you. Our pre-existing templates, code, design systems and tools, and anything we build that is not specific to you, remain ours; you receive a non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use them as part of your delivered site. You grant us a licence to host your site and, unless you tell us you object, to show it in our portfolio. Third-party components (open-source libraries, fonts, stock media) remain under their own licences.

7. Your content

You confirm you have the right to use the text, images and logos you give us, and you are responsible for the accuracy of business information, licences and claims on your site.

8. Hosting & care plans

Hosting on our Cloudflare account is included in year one of every package. After year one, hosting continues through the monthly care plan, or you can take your files and host the site yourself. The care plan is optional and is not charged when you order. Billing starts only after your site is published, when we send you a separate sign-up link to confirm it; cancel any time. Once started, care plans are billed monthly with no minimum term; you can cancel at any time (see section 5 for refunds). We host on a best-efforts basis: we aim to keep your site available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and planned maintenance or problems with our providers or the wider internet may cause downtime. On request, and once any fees due are paid, we hand over your site files and help you point your domain wherever you choose. We will explain in writing how to move your site.

9. Liability

We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity, and our total liability to you for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the fees you have paid us for the service that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer or local law says otherwise. A person who is not a party to these terms has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any of its terms.
