Privacy policy.
1. Who we are
WorldAI Pte Ltd (“Memoria Digital”, “we”, “us”) is an organisation for the purposes of Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”). Contact for data protection questions (our data protection contact): [email protected]. We aim to reply within 30 days.
2. Personal data we collect
- Enquiries: name, email, business name, website and the message you send through our form.
- Outreach records: for businesses we contact, publicly available business contact details and a record of our contact and any opt-out. See where we get your details.
- Customers: billing and order details handled by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.
- Technical: basic server logs (IP address, user agent) kept by our hosting provider for security. This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. If we switch on privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (aggregated page-view and button-click counts that do not build profiles of individuals), we will say so on this page; otherwise we use none.
3. Purposes, and consent or other basis
We collect, use and disclose personal data to reply to enquiries, prepare concept previews, deliver and host websites, take payment, keep suppression (do-not-contact) lists, secure our systems and meet legal obligations. Where the PDPA requires it we rely on your consent (for example when you submit our form); for business contact information we rely on the PDPA’s provisions for business contact information and on legitimate interests where applicable.
4. Marketing messages
Where we send unsolicited commercial electronic messages, we aim to comply with the Spam Control Act 2007 and, for calls and texts to Singapore telephone numbers, the PDPA’s Do Not Call provisions. Every message includes a working way to unsubscribe, and we stop sending within the legal time limit (10 business days) after a request. You can ask us to stop at any time on the removal page. People outside Singapore may have additional rights under local law, and we aim to respect those rights too.
5. Who we share it with
Service providers who help us run the business: hosting and DNS (Cloudflare), payments (Stripe), email delivery and our business email provider. We require them to protect the data. We do not sell personal data.
6. Overseas transfers
Our providers may process data in other countries. Where personal data is transferred outside Singapore we take steps to ensure it receives a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA. Typically this means contractual protections with the provider or confirming that the provider applies protections at least comparable to the PDPA.
7. Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Customer records are kept as long as needed for accounting, legal and support purposes. Opt-out records are kept so we do not contact you again.
8. Your rights and requests
You may ask to access or correct the personal data we hold about you, withdraw consent, or ask us to delete your data, subject to legal limits. Email [email protected] or use the removal page; we aim to respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied you may contact Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Commission, or the regulator in your country.
9. Security and data incidents
We use reasonable security arrangements to protect personal data. If a data breach occurs we will assess it and notify the regulator and affected individuals where the law requires.
10. Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date above.
